Online Therapy

Whether you are interested in online therapy for its convenience, or as a means of social distancing, online therapy (also known as telehealth) is a service that I offer so that you can receive treatment in a way that is most beneficial to you.

What is Online Therapy?

I provide online therapy via a safe and secure video platform that allows you to meet with me via your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Meeting with me for online therapy is simple and easy. All you need is a device, internet access, and a private space to protect your confidentiality. When we meet online, you will receive a link via email shortly before our appointment. Simply click the link at the time of the appointment and you will be directed to our appointment. It really is that easy!

Why Choose Online Therapy?

Many people prefer online therapy because it allows them the convenience of receiving services from their home, office, or other private location, so that you can spend less time commuting to your therapy appointment, and still be able to receive the support and treatment that you need. With specialized training in providing telehealth services, I am equipped to ensure a comfortable and positive experience to you during your online therapy.
